step 1: Download SteamCMD from here or google

step 2: Create one folder for steamcmd in any drive
step 3: Extract the steamcmd on that folder
step 4: open the steamcmd.exe
step 5: login anonymous or you can use your steam login detail
step 6: force_install_dir < path >
step 7: app_update 90 validate
if you are getting this error Error App '90' state is 0x6 after update job. then you have to put this again
step 8: app_update 90 validate
it will take time to download as per your internet speed After complete
step 9: quit
