Download skychanger.amxx
Copy the skychanger.amxx and paste on plugins folder
[Path: \cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins ]
Copy the name of the plugin skychanger.amxx and paste on plugins.ini
[Path: \cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs ]
